New! Yoga Fundamentals Workshop (90 min)
Are you brand new to Yoga?  Are you returning to Yoga after a long break?  Would you like to receive some help of the fundamentals of Yoga postures before jumping into a class?  Then this is the workshop for you!    Each Yoga practice is a combination of standing postures, forward folds, twists, seated postures, and supine (lying down) postures.  In this 90 minute workshop we will work through how to safely and effectively move your body into and out of these types of postures in a safe and effective Yoga practice.
6-7:30p (1/3, 2/21, or 3/28) $15.00 paid in Advance or $20.00 at the door

Join Christine & Haley on a 7 Week Journey Through your Chakras!  What is a Chakra?  Chakras represent the 7 energy centers with in our body.  Each Chakra corresponds to a different area of the body and an aspect of the psyche. Physical and psychological problems are believed to show up in a person’s chakras long before symptoms are noticeable.  Each week you will enjoy a brief discussion about the “Chakra of the Week” followed by a Yoga Practice designed to awaken that energy center..

Yoga 101 (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Learn the Basics of Yoga through a safe and beginner-friendly class where Yoga poses are clearly & thoroughly broken-down to ensure success!  This class is perfect for someone who is brand new to Yoga or returning to Yoga from a break.

Yoga Flow for EveryBody (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Perfect for Beginners. This Yoga class is designed to renew energy and increase muscle function. It is the perfect class for someone who is looking to learn Yoga postures, breath control and meditation with the goal of a healthy body and peaceful mind.  All levels welcome! . .

Flowing Hatha Yoga (75 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Enjoy flowing through Yoga poses in an invigorating Yoga Practice designed to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and peace of mind.

Hatha Yoga (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Hatha Yoga concentrates on the practice of postures, breath control and meditation with a goal of a healthy body and peaceful mind. This practice is designed to increase flexibility, physical strength and good alignment of the body using the breath as a guide..

Pilates & Yoga (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
A magnificent fusion of core strengthening Pilates with body limbering Yoga.  Start your weekend off right with this ultimate Body-Mind class.

Prenatal Yoga (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Monday evenings Yoga Flow for EveryBody class from 6:00-7:00 PM will contain Yoga Poses that are safe during all 3 Trimesters of your pregnancy.

Yoga with Guided Meditation (75 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
Come & enjoy a beautiful Yoga practice filled with mantra, pranayama (breath work), asana (physical postures), and guided meditation.  Come & be transformed.


Monthly Meditation (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
New students invited to learn the basics of meditation such as breath awareness, relaxation, and mental focus.  Experienced meditators will benefit from deepening and refining their practice by meditating with a group of like-minded folks. Class on 1/21, 2/4, & 3/4.

Belly Dancing (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
The mind-body benefits of Belly Dance are amazing! In addition to helping relieve back and joint pain, Belly Dancing can also help you lose weight and increase bone density. The combination of slow, meditative movements with fast, vigorous movements relieves stress, anxiety, & depression. Whether you are belly dancing for enjoyment, toned abs, or to reduce stress it is a wonderful way to let loose, connect with other women, and release your inner woman. This belly dance class is for all shapes, sizes, and ages. People of all levels and abilities will be able to comfortably participate and enjoy themselves. (Class runs 1/10-2/28)
