Yoga for Strength & Endurance
This Yoga Workshop will assist participants to use Yoga postures to increase ones personal strength & endurance as well as mental & emotional stamina. Increasing ones personal strength & endurance aids our Yoga practice by helping us to achieve steadiness and clarity with in each pose. Come and allow us to ignite your strength from with in.

Trance Dance
Trance Dance uniquely blends healing sounds, dynamic percussive rhythms, breathing techniques and the use of a blindfold or bandana to stimulate a trance state. This trance state then promotes spiritual awakenings, mental clarity, physical stamina and emotional well-being.
The Primary focus of Trance Dance is to heal our relationship with ourselves. The use of the bandana allows us to block out distractions so that we may go on an inner journey and become a witness to our experiences. Trance Dance has been called a “Moving Meditation”.

Prenatal Yoga
Learn how a well-rounded Yoga practice can bring you comfort and peace of mind during your pregnancy. During our Workshop we will discuss the benefits of Yoga during your pregnancy & labor, relaxing breathing techniques, and how to have a have a safe Yoga Practice during your pregnancy. Come in comfortable clothing. Our Workshop will include a 45 minute Prenatal Yoga Practice.
All Participants must register in Advance.
