Together, the mind and body would revitalize the spirit. Using Pilates as a method to create synergy between the mind and body is a powerful way to improve physical and mental well being.Haleybird Studios offers a mat Pilates class designed to create long, strong muscles, improve core strength, alleviate back pain, and bring balance to both the body & mind. All Levels Welcome!

Belly Dancing (60 min) - Punch Cards Accepted
The mind-body benefits of Belly Dance are amazing! In addition to helping relieve back and joint pain, Belly Dancing can also help you lose weight and increase bone density. The combination of slow, meditative movements with fast, vigorous movements relieves stress, anxiety, & depression. Whether you are belly dancing for enjoyment, toned abs, or to reduce stress it is a wonderful way to let loose, connect with other women, and release your inner woman. This belly dance class is for all shapes, sizes, and ages. People of all levels and abilities will be able to comfortably participate and enjoy themselves.
