Pilates
Joseph Pilates called his method "The Art of Contrology." He believed that his method of conditioning encouraged the mind to consciously control the body. Together, the mind and body would revitalize the spirit. Using Pilates as a method to create synergy between the mind and body is a powerful way to improve physical and mental well-being.
Haleybird Studios offers a mat Pilates class designed to create long, strong muscles, improve core strength, alleviate back pain, and bring balance to both the body & mind. All Levels Welcome!
Weekly Pilates Classes:
Monday 7:00-8:00 PM
Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 AM
Cost: Drop-In Rate - $12.00/Class, Punch Card Rate - $10.00/Class
Nia
Through Movement We Find Health.
Nia combines Dance Arts, Martial Arts, and Healing Arts to empower people to achieve physical, mental, & emotional well-being. Each class consists of choreographed movements to uplifting music. Nia Classes leave the body & mind feeling refreshed, energized, and empowered.
All Levels Welcome!
