Schedule
Level 1: This level is perfect for people of any size, shape, or age to enjoy the numerous mind/body benefits of Yoga. This class would be a good fit if you are new to yoga or are looking for a more slower paced class that is rejuvenating and relaxing in nature with an emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment. No Experience Necessary!
Level 1/2: This is great for people of all levels, including beginners! During these classes, participants will enjoy moving through Yoga postures at a moderate pace with a continued emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment. No Experience Necessary!
Level 2: This is an intermediate class for those looking to deepen their practice as we begin to explore more advanced stages of our postures. (Prior Yoga Experience is HIGHLY recommended. Participants should be familiar with redamentary Yoga Postures such as Warrior 1/2, Plank, & Cobra)
Level 3: A more challenging class for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Advanced postures and methods of practice will be introduced. Participants will continue to explore more advanced postures as well as deeper expressions of rudimental postures. Not suitable for beginners/Prior Yoga experience necessary.
Mixed Level: Suitable for all levels
Weekly Adult Schedule
Start attending classes at ANY time. Pre-registration is never required for weekly classes. Simply show up! (Just a reminder that we accept cash or checks at the studio)
Yoga A is our studio in the front & Studio B is the studio in the back.
The Studio is open 10 minutes before & after class.
