Dennis Hawk Yoga Jam! Live Music Yoga
Dennis Hawk will be performing his contemporary Native American music during this Yoga class. Come relax, purify, and strengthen your body in this new style of practice. All Levels Welcome.

Teen Yoga Workshops
A special Yoga practice just for Teens! Each workshop consists of a well-rounded Yoga practice. Each class includes the breakdown & teaching of Yoga Postures to increase one's strength & flexibility. Students will utilize various breathing techniques during their yoga practice. The breathing techniques can assist with focus and decrease anxiety during test taking, sporting events, and performances. Workshops will be taught emphasizing key Yogic themes such as Unity, Compassion, Safety, and Understanding to inspire self-acceptance and confidence.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop
Learn how a well-rounded Yoga practice can bring you comfort and peace of mind during your pregnancy. During our Workshop we will discuss the benefits of Yoga during your pregnancy & labor, relaxing breathing techniques, and how to have a have a safe Yoga Practice during your pregnancy. Come in comfortable clothing. Our Workshop will include a discussion & a Prenatal Yoga Practice.

Yin Yoga Workshop
Yin yoga is a restorative style of yoga that has its foundation in ancient yogic and Taosit theory. The practice is done with an attitude of quiet acceptance. The postures focus on the yin areas of our body which lies close to our core. These areas include the bones, connective tissue and joints surrounding the low back, pelvis, knees and thighbones. All of the postures will be practiced on the floor to encourage relaxation of our muscles and are held for three to five minutes to provide a deep stretch for the connective tissues and joints. Props will be incorporated into poses when necessary to find comfort in the longer holds. This workshop will help you: promote the flow of prana (energy or qi) that passes through your core/hips, maintain health in your connective tissues, bring balance to your yin and yang aspects of your life and develop a mindful meditative practice.

Family-Fun Yoga Workshop
You’re never too old or young to try something new! Enjoy practicing Yoga with your child during this fun-filled and interactive Yoga workshop. Participants will be guided through fun, family-friendly Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and games. A good time will be had by all!

Yoga Fundamentals
Are you brand new to Yoga? Are you returning to Yoga after a long break? Would you like to receive some help of the fundamentals of Yoga postures before jumping into a class? Then this is the workshop for you! Each Yoga practice is a combination of standing postures, forward folds, twists, seated postures, and supine (lying down) postures. In this 90 minute workshop we will work through how to safely and effectively move your body into and out of these types of postures in a safe and effective Yoga practice.

Mom & Baby Yoga Workshop
This workshop is designed for mothers and their babies aged six weeks to 18 months. The practice is gentle and will invite moms to incorporate their babies into every pose. On a perfect day, your baby will enjoy moving with you or they may lie happily on the blanket for the entire class. This may or may not happen, and we will find joy in our baby’s personality in each and every class!
During our workshop, you are invited to take breaks to pick up, feed, rock, change or walk your baby around the room if either of you need a break. The environment is non-stressful and the class will give you some time away from home and give you the opportunity to meet some other new mothers. Please feel free to bring your own mat, baby blanket and your baby’s favorite small toys.
