Yoga in the Parks
Enjoy practicing Yoga outdoors to the sounds, sights, & smells of nature. Bring your own mat or practice on the grass. All Levels Welcome.

Reiki Level 1 Training Class
Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") is a hands-on Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing of mind, body, and spirit. This is a one day certification class for Level 1 of the Usui/Tibetan Reiki healing system and is geared toward understanding Reiki from a holistic health perspective. This class is open to all and enjoyable for anyone who wants to improve their own health and share this with others as well.

Yoga for Runners: Run + Yoga Workshop
Explore challenging your body in new ways.  Over time, running can lead to imbalances in the body and a well-rounded Yoga practice is just the thing to back into balance.  In this workshop, we will bring running and Yoga together as we learn ways to use both for cross training. Yoga is an amazing complement to running through learning how to use deep full breathes, strength train the entire body, increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.  Our workshop will begin at the studio with a 2-3 mile run followed by a Yoga practice designed just for runners.

Yoga Fundamentals
Are you brand new to Yoga?  Are you returning to Yoga after a long break?  Would you like to receive some help of the fundamentals of Yoga postures before jumping into a class?  Then this is the workshop for you!    Each Yoga practice is a combination of standing postures, forward folds, twists, seated postures, and supine (lying down) postures.  In this 90 minute workshop we will work through how to safely and effectively move your body into and out of these types of postures in a safe and effective Yoga practice.

Young Yogi's Workshop (Age 4k - 2nd Grade)
Your child will love this fun-filled Yoga Workshop. All participants will enjoy a wonderful blend of silly & serious as children explore Yoga Postures, Games, Breathing, & Relaxation.
